Bentonite can be used to assist in the removal of toxins from the digestive system, Liver and Colon.

Helps with heavy metal poisioning by attracting and neutralising the poisons

To use as a face mask — Add 2 teaspoons with enough water to make a thick creamy paste and apply to the skin. Cover the whole face area except for eye areas and leave to dry for approx 15-25 minutes and rinse with clean warm water and pat the skin dry. For treating oily skin or spots add a few drops of Teatree to the mixture. For a luxury face mask add a spoon of honey.

To use in the bath — Add 3-4 tablespoons to running water

To use internally — Take 1 to 4 tablespoons mixed with a small amount of water, milk or juice daily.
