To use as a face mask — Add 2 teaspoons with enough water to make a thick creamy paste and apply to the skin. Cover the whole face area except for eye areas and leave to dry for approx 15-25 minutes and rinse with clean warm water and pat the skin dry. For treating oily skin or spots add a few drops of Teatree to the mixture. For a luxury face mask add a spoon of honey.

To use in the bath — Add 3-4 tablespoons to running water

To use internally — Take 1 to 4 tablespoons mixed with a small amount of water, milk or juice daily.

For hair, I mixed it with apple cider vinegar and aloe vera juice until it made a cake-batter like texture and applied all over my hair! Left on for 30 mins under a shower cap and rinsed. Hair very clean without feeling stripped. Also a bit detangled! For face, just use water to mix into a paste. Let it dry and rinse. Clean and clear! lol!

Was scared cos it was so cheap. Made a watery mix with apple cider vinegar, honey, olive oil and water and used as shampoo, leaving on for only 10 minutes. My hair turned out FABULOUS!

bought this stuff following something I read on an internet forum, with the idea of helping clear my digestion up, bad wind etc. in fact it both improved that and cleared up my acne - genius! cheap to buy and lasts for ages. just mix it with water in a plastic bottle and shake it, makes enough to do you a week or so, drink a little each night before bedtime.

This product is amazing. I have quite a lot of allergies so i found this product as a useful allrounder. I use it as a face mask, just add a little water and if you want, a dash of oil. I use it as a hair mask, add a little to some olive oil and leave on my hair (the fact that the particals in the clay have a negative charge, its great for taming frizz, i feel that i dont have to use my straighteners as much as before i bought this product). i also use a cupful of clay to the bath and the charge of the particals draw out impurities (always have a bath with it if im feeling under the weather). i even occasionally add a teaspoon of clay to my glass of water as it is packed with trace minerals, it also seems irradicate toxins from the body (but can cause constipation, so team with something that has lots of fibre!!). Overall its a good allrounder for anyone who enjoys taking care of themselves and using all natural products!! The delivery was fast and service was good. i will d
