Fullers Earth powder makes a great skin treatment face mask. It replaces lost moisture and can be used to remove blackheads and spots, great for oily skin, blemishes and acne.

Used to cleanse the colon by removing impacted waste

A perfect natural remedy for treating nappy rash, just apply a small amount of paste to the effected area and you will be amazed how quickly the nappy rash disappears

To use as a face mask — Add 2 teaspoons with enough water to make a thick creamy paste and apply to the skin. Cover the whole face area except for eye areas and leave to dry for approx 15-25 minutes and rinse with clean warm water and pat the skin dry. For treating oily skin or spots add a few drops of Teatree to the mixture. For a luxury face mask add a spoon of honey.

To use in the bath — Add 2-3 tablespoons to running water

To use internally — Take 1 to 2 tablespoons mixed with a small amount of water, milk or juice daily.

Fullers Earth is probably the most effective nylon fishing line cleaner / degreaser. I make my own by mixing the Fullers Earth into a paste with a little washing up liquid, and a few drops of glycerine to help keep it soft. I then keep it in a small plastic tub and it is applied to my nylon line via a small pad in order to help it cut through the surface film thus enabling it to sink. An old idea, but still one of the best. Tight lines !

I have used this as a facial mask - mixed with water and a little orange juice which is a mild astringent - and the results were fantastic. My complexion was brighter, softer and felt tauter straight away. With the mask on, I had a bath with a couple of teaspoons of fullers earth in - which made for a lovely relaxing natural mineral bathe. Again - my skin felt wonderful after. I have also used it on a couple of mysterious recurring itchy rashes that have been popping up in the same place on my knees and elbows for the past few months. I applied it as a mask to these areas, and so far the rashes have not reappeared. Anyone looking for an alternative skin treatment to the costly, probably harmful, chemical-filled products out there - I thoroughly recommend this.

I was very pleased to obtain the fullers earth powder which was delivered very quickly. I have had a problem trying to buy fullers earth from pharmacies some have never heard of it ? I will certainly be buying this item again.

I have always known that 'Fullers Earth Powder' was a great absorbant. At home, years ago, my father had a tin on hand to remove oil and grease stains. Now I have some, and it works on my furniture. Well worth the search to find it. Thank you.

This product is fantastic to get bruises'swelling down. There are natural healing elements such as aluminium in this earth, which is called merrionite. It is green clay. It can be applied to the skin to ease pain. I recommended to a lady who had a very tenacious shingles pain, although the shingles had gone. Whe applied it and told me the pain went like magic. It can be taken in small quantities internally to detox the alimentary canal. It is used in toothpastes. It is agsolutely safe to apply to bruises. I had a broken thumb which got inflamed. The doctor wanted a cast. The technician did not wash the grazing. It got inflamed and smelly. I asked for the cast to be removed. I washed the wound under tap water and applied a poultice of Fullers earth. In five days, the bruised skin had fallen and new skin grew marvelously. The doctor was very pleased with the progress and told me to carry on! It is a good product, not an old wives' tale. It works. I recommend it fully.

Fullers Earth is yet another old product that is becoming more difficult to obtain. It is very effective for a variety of uses. I wanted it for making a home-made face mask using egg white and aloe vera mixed with the Fullers Earth. The quality of the product was good and the results of the face mask were very satisfying.
