Angel Phantom Quartz (Amphibole) is a Quartz Crystal with PHANTOM INCLUSION of (LIMONITE, CAOLINITE AND HEMATITE) Which appear as red and yellow inclusions inside the crystals. These rare and energetic crystals are from a remote area of Brazil.  These have been polished to show off their inner beauty. Naisha Ahsian and Robert Simmon's in their wonderful book "the Book of Stones'' say that Angel Phantoms got their name not only because of the angel-wing white formations inside them, they also emanate the soft, sweet, powerful energies of the angelic realm.  These crsytals resonate with the higher mind centers, including the third-eye and crown chakra.  Thouching your forhead with the tip of one of these crystals sends a stream of fine vibrations into the third eye and up thru the crown, linking and activating both of these important energy centers. Angel Phantom Quartz helps open the doors to the unconcious and subconscious mind. An excellent mineral to use in lucid dreaming, as it assists in maintaining the consciousness as one enteres and navigates the dreamscape.  Helps one in remembering their dreams for later analysis.  Amphibole quartz can also help one attain and maintain a meditative state.
