A Few Uses For Healing: Fumitory is an excellent colon cleanser which eliminates waste quickly and so is often added to many detox products. It is an excellent laxative / cleanser so be warned stay close to a toilet. I normally use it in my 7 day detox which I perform monthly, works a treat every time. Fumitory is also very good for healing skin eruptions and can be used to treat a variety of skin disorders, including rashes, eczema, dermatitis, scabies, exanthema, etc.

To make Fumitory Tea place one teaspoonful of the herb in a cup of water and bring to the boil. Leave for about ten minutes and drink. This may be taken three time daily.

For a complete colon cleanse / detox add three spoons of Fumitory per cup of tea and take twice daily.

For an Herbal Aroma Bath add two pints of the herbal tea to your bath water
