It is also good for for relieving wind or intestinal cramping. You can also make a compress for insect bites, sunburn or minor skin eruptions. 

To make Hyssop Tea place one teaspoonful of the herb in a cup of water and bring to the boil. Leave for about ten minutes and drink. This may be taken three time daily.
