A Few Magickal Uses: Spearmint can provoke lust and will increase and sharpens mental powers. Make a sachet or small pillow and place it in your bed for protection whilst you sleep. Spearmint in the bath will cleanse mind, body and soul. Spearmint is very healing, this is one of my favourite herbs to work with because it is so very fragrant, it's just wonderfully uplifting.

A Few Uses For Healing: A few mugs of spearmint tea could help women combat excess facial and body hair. It will also ease a sore throat and is good for cold and flu symptoms in general. Spearmint will also helps reduce headaches and migraines. It is very refreshing and is a perfect start to any day. 

To make Spearmint Tea place one teaspoonful of the herb in a cup of water and bring to the boil. Leave for about ten minutes and drink. This may be taken three time daily.
