This cinnamon oil is great....I was a bit worried at first that it would give off a chemical smell( which it doesn't) or not smell very much of cinnamon (which it does). In the pass, I put cinnamon sticks, oranges and cloves in a sauce pan and simmer.. Now with the cinnamon oil, I don't use the sticks and I can really smell the cinnamon. Also, it less expensive then the actual sticks.
