Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

* Vouchers are redeemable at www.thegemtree.com
* Vouchers can only be redeemed at a www.thegemtree.com that supports the currency stated on the voucher.
For example, a voucher issued in GBP sterling is not redeemable on purchases made in Euros.
* Vouchers may not be redeemed for the purchase of Gift Vouchers (you cannot purchase a Gift Voucher with another voucher)
* The recipient must be emailed by yourself, once we have confirmed the voucher, at such time you will receive an update via email to this effect
* One or more Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against an order.
* If the product exceeds the amount of the voucher, the balance must be paid by our available payment options.
* Vouchers are partially redeemable and it is up to the bearer to use as seen fit. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when expired.
