Items with a dispatch time
Any item that displays 'Ships within xx days' are not always sent immediately. Most of the time, we are able to send the item within 1 - 2 working days. But on occasions, the item in question is being prepared and we have provided a maximum time (in days) in which it will be sent. When there are orders with multiple items, with a mixture of immediate stock items and dispatch time items, we will sometimes treat the items as separate shipments. That is, those ready at hand will go out first and unless later dispatch items are available, they will go out separately for you. The exception to this rule is if Free Shipping is selected. In which case, all items will be sent together. We are flexible however, and sometimes we break this rule if said item is lightweight, or if there are urgent needs for part of the order.
