We aim to despatch orders within 24 hours, although on some occasions there can be slight delays - usually during busy seasons or similar.

For United Kingdom residents, we offer free shipping for orders over £35. For this we use a combination of different carriers, but 3 - 4 working days is usually the arrival time after despatch notice is emailed to you.
If Next working Day Delivery is available on checkout (Royal Mail Special Delivery), please order before 12:30pm Mon - Friday for us to be able to fulfill this in time. Otherwise, it most likely will leave the following working day (excludes Saturdays of course). Special Delivery order placed on Saturday or Sunday will be fulfilled on the next working day (Monday). Bank Holidays will make this the following Tuesday.
Currently there is a separate service for Saturday delivery, for those orders made before 12:30pm on a Friday in the UK. It may be advised if you intend to have delivered for Saturday to select the 'Special Delivery Next Satuday service'. Otherwise, the normal Next Day delivery service is not officially guaranteed to be delivered on a Saturday. We are aware that some are arriving on Saturday with normal Next Day service, please be mindful that Royal Mail have informed us that the Saturday Next Day service is guaranteed for Saturday.
Also, if an item says ' Ships in 10 working days'  or similar on its listing, we will send all items together once ready. On occasion we may contact you to stagger your delivery of items instead, if this may be more convenient. Currently the amount of items that require longer despatch are extremely low, but will be clearly marked on the item page (Alchemy Gothic range primarily).

  All orders are packaged securely, and are sent first class. We can send to any location in the world, using Royal Mail and Royal Mail Airmail, plus a selection of courier services are also available.

Shipping is calculated by the weight of the items in the checkout. This is the fairest and cost effective method for the customer. Postage is charged according to the latest Royal Mail tariff, plus a handling charge of just 50p. The best way to find out the shipping is to add the item(s) to your basket, and amend your destination below that if necessary. This will give an accurate shipping estimate.

Our returns policy serves as a guideline for buyers wanting to return items. We will approach all return matters with compassion and commitment to help you resolve the problem quickly.

In the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase you can choose between a refund, an exchange or store credit where:

  • Goods are faulty on arrival and you have reported the matter to us within 48 hours of having received the item. You are also required to send back the item for inspection within 14 days of delivery;
  • Goods have been wrongly described on our website;
  • The goods have been damaged during transit;
  • The item doesn’t fit as expected; however you will need to pay the costs incurred for sending back the item to us.

We do not give full refunds if;

  • A returned item is not in original condition, has been used or shows signs of damage wear and tear and has the original packaging;
  • If buyer remorse is return reason, we only refund the item sub-total.

A refund will only be paid once we have received the goods back from you for inspection.
