Directions: Massage a few drops into the skin, add to bath water, massage into 3rd eye chakra, add to charm bags, put a few drops on your pillow at night.

My creations can be used directly on the skin - massage into the wrists and temples for instant effects, in the bath, or you can sprinkle a few drops on a ball of cotton wool and smell while visualising your desired result.

I buy the guardian angel oil and use it all the time, not just for clearing negative energies but it actually helps clear up aches and pains when applied externally. If I've over done it at the gym or gardening etc works for me.. also worked for other family members. Excellent Oil!!
