I just received my package and I am very excited to use your products. So far I am please with the overall service. I thought the bottles were a little bigger and I did not receive instructions or information about the use of the products according to your website. It took a little longer than I was hoping for but overall I will probably again. Thx

I’ve been a regular customer with The Gem Tree for a long time. There is a wonderful choice of products, the service is excellent and reliable, and the Seller is extremely friendly, polite and helpful, should you have any enquiries. I’m always delighted with everything I buy. I highly recommend the Gem Tree. It’s safe & secure too. Perfect!

The gem tree is amazing. The oils are great, they work, smell nice and are a very good price.

Super nice products, only the shipping to Ireland ist way too expensive for a small and light parcel.
Thanks for your feedback, we truly appreciate it! I am sorry you were unhappy with the postage. Your package was 500grams which is not classed as a light parcel by industry standards. It was Signed and Tracked parcel which carries a premium, which we have to apply at certain order values overseas I am afraid. The £10.65 you paid is perhaps just under what we actually paid for the postage to send to you. There is a courier option we could look into that is perhaps £2 cheaper, but it is much slower and not always as efficient as our current options. Regrettably airmail is more expensive than inland shipping, but we do try our best and we are not making any profit from postal charges as some companies may do.

I have no bad words to say about this company. They were very helpful in finding what I wanted, when I wasnt sure. Communication was great. Highly recommeded. Will definitely be using them again. Thank you
Thanks for your kind comments and feedback. I can see your order arrived in 13 days to USA which is above average speed for airmail from our location. There is just the one leaflet to cover all blends which was added to the order, there is not one leaflet per bottle if multiples. We do state all blends are 10ml bottles, we do have 25mls in certain types however.
