Hi, I love this pendant and was wondering if there is any way one could be made with a gemstone in place of the pearl please.

Many thanks for your question. Unfortunately, we only have this configuartion of Pearl and Black Obsidian at the moment. I think they have used these particular cabachons for contrast in the design. Sorry to disappoint.
