Within meditation, I work with Archangel Michael and this oil, stating an intention "I remove everything unhealthy from my aura" and you will know it's working from the way you feel - first like you're drowning in water, or quick sand - and then within 24 hours, you will feel like you're floating on a serene ocean with the sunlight warming you
